These documents explain how that information is handled, the terms for churches and members using the platform, and the conduct expected of everyone in it.

Provide their details, view their own church's directory, and control their own entries.
(“we”, “us”) operates (“the Platform”). This policy explains how personal data in church directories is handled. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the equivalent laws in other countries where churches use the Platform.
Each subscribing church decides why and how its members' data is used and is responsible for it as the data fiduciary (or “controller”). We act as a data processor: we store and process directory data only to provide the Platform to that church, under its instructions.
For data about church administrators' own accounts, billing and use of our website, we are responsible directly.

We do not ask for identity-document numbers, financial accounts, caste or offerings, and we advise churches not to collect them.
We never sell directory data, use it for advertising, train AI models on it, or combine it across churches.
Churches must obtain clear consent from each family before adding them, and tell them what will be shown and to whom. Every adult member can choose to hide their own phone number, email, blood group, occupation or photo, and can withdraw consent at any time.
Children: under-18 members are added only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. The Platform does not show contact details for children, does not allow children to hold accounts, and does not track or profile them.
No member of one church can see another church's directory.
Members may ask to access, correct, update or erase their data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act for them in case of death or incapacity. Most changes can be made from your own profile. Otherwise, contact your church administrator, or us at , and we will pass the request to your church and help it respond within 30 days.
Data is kept while the church subscribes and the member remains in its directory. When a member is removed, their entry is deleted from the live directory straight away and from backups within 90 days. When a church closes its account, it can export its data for 30 days, after which all its data is permanently deleted within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer. Copies already printed or downloaded remain the church's responsibility.

These terms form the agreement between and each church that subscribes to , and set out the conditions for every member who uses it. By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using a directory, you agree to them.
The Platform lets churches collect family details, publish a members-only directory, search it through a family index, and export it as PDF or print. Features may differ by plan and may improve over time.
No one may use the Platform or any directory, online or printed, to:
Each church owns its directory content, and members keep rights to their own photos and details. They give us only the permission needed to store, display and process that content to run the service. Paid plans are billed as shown at sign-up, plus applicable taxes. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we state otherwise in writing.
We work to keep the Platform available and secure but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Directory content is supplied by churches and members; we do not verify it and are not responsible for its accuracy.
A church may close its account at any time. We may suspend or remove an account, a user or content that breaches these terms or puts others at risk, giving notice where reasonable. On closure, the church may export its data for 30 days before it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for misuse of printed or downloaded copies outside the Platform. Every name in a church directory belongs to a family who trusted their church with it. These guidelines apply to every church and every member on . They ask us to treat one another's details the way we would want our own treated: with kindness, discretion and respect.
Where a church shows blood groups, use them only for a genuine, current medical need. Share the patient's name, hospital and units needed, accept it graciously if someone can't donate, and let donors know once the need is met.
Don't screenshot, photograph, download or forward directory pages, and don't post them on social media, even in private groups. What you learn about where someone lives, their family or their work is not for gossip or comment.
A church directory is a place of fellowship, not a customer list. Don't use it to promote a business, product, service or appeal. If you have something to share with the congregation, ask your church leadership to announce it through the proper channels.
Group leaders and conveners may contact the families in their group about meetings and church activities. Keep group conversations focused on fellowship, and share meeting details only within the group.
Upload only photos of your own family, that everyone pictured is happy to share. Keep profile details accurate, respectful and free of advertising or links.
When a family is grieving or facing hardship, follow the lead of your clergy and the family before sharing news. Let the family decide what is shared and when.
If you receive unwanted contact through a directory, or see one being misused, tell your church administrator or clergy, or use “Report a concern” in the app, or write to . Reports are handled discreetly. Breaking these guidelines may lead to a warning, loss of directory access, or removal by the church or by us.
